Terri started Craftibility as an LLC in 2013. Her goal of having her own nonprofit was inspired by the children that she work with in the public schools that that had multiple special needs. She recognized a need for teaching children of all abilities to learn to be accepting of others who may look or behave differently from them. rThe focus turned to adults as the target group, since young child would have the least opportunities while out in the community. Terri's family's support enables her to move forward with achiveving her long term goals for Craftibiity Foundation.
Cate Redfern (CFRE) helps small to medium nonprofits that have limited resources to excel at achieving their mission. As a nonprofit strategy consultant and reflective coach practitioner, Cate focuses her clients’ efforts on developing the skills and processes needed to facilitate intentional action delivering measurable results. These focus areas include strategic planning facilitation, strategic plan impelementation, fundraising plan design and implementation, organizational development, and leadership coaching.
Han serves on the Board of Directors. She is an attorney in the law firm of Armstrong Teasdale LLP where she primarily focuses on tax law. Han is passionate about early childhood education and enjoys conducting arts and crafts projects. In her free time, Han loves outdoor activities, playing guitar and doing yoga.
